We have a strong understanding of yoga’s benefits and are eager to share them with you. Our passion is to help you find or rediscover your inner peace and physical strength through yoga.

Angie Darrah

Angie rolled out her yoga mat for the first time in 2005. What she didn’t know was how powerful a saving grace yoga would become for her. In her 18 years of practice, she has learned so much from some of the most incredible teachers in the Cleveland area and beyond.

After 16 years of practice Angie enrolled in teacher training at Source Energy Studio in Lakewood. She earned her Vinyasa 200 RYT from Jessica Sayre and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Subsequently Angie pursued a children’s yoga teacher certification and is a certified Children’s and Pre-Teen yoga teacher through Kidding Around Yoga.

Megan Boomhower

Megan is a student of life, lover of nature and passionate about healing. She wears many different hats but the one she loves the most is guiding others back home through the practice of yoga. Her approach to anything in life is always in a holistic way. She was drawn to yoga for a way to stay active and fit, but was soon in love with the practice for its healing benefits beyond the physical. She brings an energy to the practice that makes it accessible to everyBODY. Megan completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2014 with Marni Task / Jivasara style of yoga. A blend of Jivamukti and Anusara styles of yoga.

“I teach a slow flow/ gentle/ restorative style of yoga. I love to infuse a light hearted and fun way to learn about yoga and the self. I’m a hands on kind of teacher, I love to do hands on assists and infuse that with Reiki.

My intention for teaching yoga is to lead others back to their own bodies and selves. To feel safe at home in your body. Help students find the tools in their inner toolbox to overcome strong emotions and anxiety. I love what I do because I am passionate about teaching and connecting with people!”

Mike Boyes

Mike started practicing yoga over 12 years ago as a way to relieve back pain. He soon discovered all the other benefits yoga and mindfulness had to offer including lower stress and better sleep among others. In 2019 he went to his first Kundalini Yoga class. It was a life changing experience. He knew he wanted to share this transformational practice with others and got certified to teach Kundalini Yoga in 2020 and has been teaching since 2021.

Marcella Russell

Marcella came back to yoga through her devotion to meditation and love of functional movement. She has been a dedicated meditation practitioner for over seven years and has been enjoying the many benefits of this simple yet beautiful practice. Marcella has been training and running trail ultra marathons for the same amount of time and it was through this training journey that she began to learn about how the body moves, becoming a functional movement enthusiast. She earned her meditation teacher training and 200-hour yoga teacher training from her great friends and teachers at Konalani Yoga Ashram in Hawaii who helped her see how her two worlds of meditation and movement sync together seamlessly. She is in the process of earning her 500-hour yoga teacher training.

Marcella’s goal for every class she teaches is to help people reconnect with their bodies through a meditative focus, building wholistic strength while relaxing the nervous system.

Outside of meditation, yoga, and running the trails with her pup, Marcella is also a writer and gardener. You can often find her working on projects at her new home and tending to the many fruit trees she feels so blessed to have.
