My little family and I created this studio to serve our community. I moved to Perry 12 years ago and ever since I have wanted a local yoga studio that we could call our own. We are excited to welcome our friends and neighbors.
We are starting small. Our plan is to get it right. I can’t wait to meet each person who takes the first step and walks through our doors. My goal is to create a space where EVERYONE feels welcome. Where EVERYONE belongs and where EVERYONE starts or continues their journey from exactly where they are. I teach a variety of yoga variations that speak to all different levels of ability, ages and physical conditions. Power, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Children’s and Family are the initial classes we will offer.
To me, yoga matters so much. What I do is important. What we do is important. What we create together in our practices matters. Please join me in elevating the self, the family, the community and humanity through yoga.

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.

“Incredible instructor! I rolled in on Mother’s Day, pregnant, third trimester with twins, and she greeted me, said Happy Mother’s Day, and went right into accommodations I may need. She checked on me throughout the class and offered guidance. What a great way to start the holiday! Thanks Angie”
