Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. At Sacred Self we value the individual journey in every practice. This class is suitable for most levels and experience. With individual modifications and rest taken when needed a vinyasa practice can be incredibly challenging and relaxing.
